Caryn Blanton

Caryn lives in West Town, with her mischievous black cat, Sedaris.  She presently serves Christy Webber as an Administrative Assistant to the Residential Designers.  Caryn earned an Associate of Arts from the College of Lake County, where she studied Sociology and founded Reclaiming Eve, an academic discussion group.  She then continued her academic path to the University of Illinois in Chicago and majored in Sociology, minored in Gender and Women’s Studies, graduating in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts. 

After approximately three years of paralegal experience and being on the track to law school, Caryn decided to go where her passion lies, beautifying the world around her and creating spaces that people to enjoy. She volunteered this summer with the “Clean Up Humboldt Park” project, and has a lifetime of experience in helping her mother with planting and maintaining the yard where she grew up. Caryn has been with Christy Webber since August 2007.
